When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the state and type of your case, a description of your situation, and, on the careers form, information about your background and the role you are applying for. When you call or email us, we collect the information you share during that conversation. We also record the page of the site the form was submitted from.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools automatically log technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the website that referred you. This consent applies even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services or of retaining the firm. If you prefer not to check the box, you can always call us directly at 212-300-5196.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies depending on your matter. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. You can revoke consent to calls or emails at any time by any reasonable method, including by telling us during a call, emailing info@spodeklawgroup.com, or calling 212-300-5196. Opting out of marketing or follow-up communications does not affect messages we need to send you about an active matter.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our SMS provider and your carrier).
How we share information

A note on confidentiality and the attorney-client relationship
Submitting a form, sending an email, or otherwise contacting the firm through this website does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send time-sensitive or highly sensitive details through the website; call us instead.
