Previous experience.
Before joining Spodek Law Group, Claire worked as an Associate Attorney at Fogarty & Hara for five months in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Her journey in the legal field began as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne in Bergen County Superior Court, where she served for over a year.
Claire’s commitment to the legal profession has been demonstrated through various internships. She has been a Certified Legal Intern at Penn State Law Family Law Clinic, a Legal Intern at The Legal Aid Society of NYC, and an Intern at Environment Texas. Additionally, Claire also worked as an Office Assistant for Kirk Ingels State Farm Agent during the summer of 2016.
Education.
Claire’s educational background is as impressive as her professional career. She obtained her Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State Law between 2017 and 2020, where she was a part of the Phi Delta Phi society.
Before her legal studies, Claire pursued a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2016. Her university years were marked by her involvement in Alpha Phi and her role as the Vice President of Counseling on the University Panhellenic Council executive board. Claire completed her high school education at McKinney Boyd High School, graduating in 2013.
