Twenty-three years in the Los Angeles courts.
Chad Lewin has spent more than two decades defending clients across Los Angeles - and it shows in the details: which courtroom moves fast, which prosecutor deals, which judge reads every page. As the firm's Los Angeles of-counsel, he anchors the Catalina Street office with the same promise the firm makes in New York: preparation, aggressive defense, and results - dismissals, not-guilty verdicts, and reduced charges.
On air, on the record.
Chad is a legal commentator for CNN and Fox News, and his cases have drawn coverage from CBS, NBC, ABC, KCAL9, KTLA, the Los Angeles Times, and the Daily News. He has also appeared on television in Growing Up Hip Hop and Sisterhood of Hip Hop.
The Bruin record.
Chad graduated from UCLA summa cum laude in 1992 - winning a national championship in debate along the way - and earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit the same year.
